Maltese Lace Features

Maltese is the Italian lace from the Guipure family of laces that include Cluny and Bedfordshire. I went to Malta and Gozo in September 1999. My husband’s Grandfather is from Gozo. We met a Gozo lacemaker in downtown Victoria.
