Tigerlily Project Started

Want to keep working on my technical pen skills. I bought the project a couple of months ago but was too intimidated to try. I don’t have hot press watercolor paper large enough so started on beige Stonehenge and will work in pen & ink first and repeat on paper that will take Watercolor and mask.

Claudia brought Tigerlily into to studio so I could meet her on Friday. You can see the project details here.

Watercolor Sketching

This Spring, Jill Goodell’s Thursday night class switched from Open Studio to Watercolor sketching which I loved. I’m sorry she isn’t continuing it. The fall will be Acrylic Painting which I don’t care for.
