I took a few vacation days this week to attend a Level 1 Certification class in Art Clay. I have a glass kiln and was looking for things I can do with it. Art clay is made up of very fine silver particles (1-20 micron), organic binders, and water. It feels like clay. Once completely dried and fired, the remaining piece is 99.9% pure silver. Lucky Labrador Beer Hall (1945 NW Quimby) is located in an old Freightliner Trucking warehouse in the final frontier of inner Northwest Portland. With it’s wide open feel and the pub resident five ton crane hovering above the tables, the Lab makes for a very casual place to hang out for a pint. It’s taken me a really long time to level since I play casually. Thats on big advantage WOW has over EQ is that you can solo and complete some quests in a half hour. I made a discovery in the last two week that I can actually stand to proof my audio while playing video games. Typically I’m so sick of the content that I can’t stand one last pass through. But I can grind monsters which is boring and listen to a program I’m producing which is painful/boring and the combo is quite pleasant.
