Cat Fud
June 21st 2007 by Leisa in Sukhi CatI went to Petco at lunch today to pick up some Tartar Control Cat food, now called Oral Care. Sukhi is willing to eat some of it (fingers crossed) so I’m mixing it in with her other dry food.
I understand that Pet products are big industry in the U.S. but I wasn’t prepared for Breed Specific Cat Food.

I have the option of buying Siamese 38 cat food.
Tailor Made Nutrition for Siamese Cats
Siamese 38 has been designed with a specific kibble that helps slow the rate of ingestion and promotes chewing. By inducing more thorough chewing, a “brushing” effect occurs. Siamese 38 also contains sodium tripolyphosphate, which binds calcium in the mouth. By binding the calcium, the bacteria associated with plaque can not incorporate it into the formation of tartar.
