It is go live weekend for the program I’ve been working on. I haven’t had much of a break, no evenings/weekends off in 6 weeks.
I did go into the office yesterday for a couple of hours. Didn’t see another soul. I noticed that my calendar was showing November. I must not have gone in to the office in December at all. Very strange. I am going to go in one day a week so I don’t feel so isolated and anti social.
Paul was back in prison this weekend for another Shambhala Training. His alarm woke me up on Saturday. I decided to play a bit of World of Warcraft. It made him so grouchy to see me playing that he snapped at me. The next morning I got up and drank espresso while he had breakfast. He was all sweetness and light and thanked me for spending time with him.
Yeah it’s weird lately… even when you go in, there’s almost never anybody there… makes me wonder why I make the trip up.

It is the strangest place to work. What is the point of commuting if no one else is there. I have better network speeds at home.
okay, i just found your blog through mom’s website. i just wanted to say that boasting about how you don’t ever need to go into your office may make those who do have to commute (an hour each way), more than a little bitter to say the least….ha, ha. say, does your work need any planners??
