Peanut Butter Cookies
(adapted from Cindy’s Itty Bitty Baking Book)

8 T (1 stick) butter
1/4 C sugar
3/4 C brown sugar
1/2 C peanut butter
2 T Milk
1 tsp Vanilla
1 Egg
1 3/4 C Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt

1. Preheat the oven to 35o degrees. Line sheets with parchment paper.

2. Cream Butter, Sugar until light and fluffy. Add peanut butter mix well. Add milk & vanilla mix some more. Ad the egg and mix completely.

3. Add remaining ingredients to butter mixture until a dough forms.

4. On a lightly flowered surface, roll the dough into 1/2 inch logs. Slice into 3/4 in lengths. Flatten the cookies, they will come out the shape they went in.

5. Bake in the middle rack of the oven for 8-10 min. (I all ways underbake everything)

Semi-Sweet & White Chocolate Chips for decoration. Instead of fork marks I used a celtic cookie press. (if you want them to taste like your childhood use Skippy)
