I’m running out of rooms in my house to paint. This weekend its the Laundy Room which has been a cluttered pit of misery. I started at 8:30 last night. I thought I had some ceiling paint which isn’t the case. The last people who painted (this extends beyond the laundy room) were very bad painters. They didn’t bother to pull out the washer & dryer. I’m thinking of having Paul move the sink.
I filled up half of the back of Paul’s truck with things from the laundry room that could go to GoodWill. 11/2 Paul didn’t have to move the sink. I worked around it.
Paul had to go to the Seattle Crime Lab on Friday. Paul is setting up a post mortem toxicology lab for the Portland State Police.I took PTO to go up there. We stayed at the Chambered Nautilus
in the University District. Armed with a very vague Seattle Map and a pile of Goolge Directions from random starting points I was loose on the town for the day. It seems like when ever I have the chance to be at Pikes Market it is always hours before it really opens. The Crumpet Shop
doesn’t even open until 8 am.
We went to see the USS Constitution Twice. Twice. It is the oldest commissioned warship afloat in the world. It was launched October 21, 1797. It is a good looking boat and and very historical. Maybe once would have been enough. But my dear one is a pirate.
